Return and Refund Policy Overview

• Return Window: Customers have 14 days to initiate a return if the item is not as described or if they no longer want the product.

• Contact Requirement: Customers must contact SimpelComfort within 14 days of receiving the item. After contact, an additional 10 days are provided to return the item following the instructions given by our team.

• Packaging Requirement: Returns must be in their original packaging. Items not returned in original packaging will not be accepted.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, lingerie, socks, and jewelry are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Home Decor Goods

• Return Window: Customers have 14 days to initiate a return or request a refund. After contact, 10 days are provided to return the item.
